CanvassLite pricing: how the plans are built and what the limits mean for a team

How CanvassLite plans are built, what the address limits and one-time plans mean for a door-knocking team, and where its pages disagree. Read October 30, 2026.

Quick answerCanvassLite charges by how many addresses a plan holds, not by how many reps use it. Three monthly plans and two one-time 12-month plans sit on that scale, with a 14-day trial. Amounts stay on the vendor's live page. The guide's break-even test shows when flat team pricing beats per-seat pricing.
CanvassLite is likely to fit when

✓ Owners and managers of small door-knocking crews who want a map, visit statuses and flat team pricing

✓ Seasonal teams whose headcount changes through the year

✓ Campaign field directors running volunteers

✓ Teams that want to start in a browser without an app install

Important limitations

— Teams that need a built-in sales pipeline or CRM sync

— Teams that need a native phone app with location tracking while the browser is closed

— Crews that load far more addresses than the plan limits allow

— One or two reps whose doors a shared spreadsheet already tracks

CanvassLite pricing: how the plans are built

The vendor's pricing page says every plan includes all features and unlimited team members, and that plans differ by address capacity. The home page adds that plans also differ by add-ons. A plan is therefore a size of address list, not a count of seats. Amounts are left to the vendor's live page, because this guide read static page text on October 30, 2026 and prices can change with 30 days' notice, according to the terms.

The plan ladder by address capacity

  • Starter: monthly, up to 1,500 addresses, aimed at small teams and territories.
  • Growth: monthly, up to 10,000 addresses, the plan the vendor highlights on its page.
  • Pro: monthly, up to 300,000 addresses, with multiple campaigns and white label listed.
  • Season Pass: a one-time payment for 12 months, with the same capacity as Growth.
  • Season Pro: a one-time payment for 12 months, with the same capacity as Pro.
  • Backups: the plan tiles list backups on Growth, Pro and both one-time plans. The terms name Pro and the one-time plans, and describe a separate backup add-on for the rest.

What the address limit means for a door-knocking team

Size the plan by distinct addresses, not by reps. A crew that loads one neighborhood list a week can stay small. A crew that buys large lists, or works a whole county, needs capacity in the tens of thousands. The pages do not say whether archived or completed addresses still count toward the limit, so ask that before you pick a plan.

The terms add one more limit. They say each plan carries limits on households and volunteers, which sits oddly beside the unlimited team members on the pricing page. The terms put the trial at 15 volunteers, so get the limit for your plan in writing before you count on unlimited team members.

Break-even against per-seat pricing, without amounts

Use this test with any quote. Multiply the per-seat rate by every login your team will have, managers included. Divide the flat plan's monthly price by the per-seat rate. The result is the number of seats at which the two cost the same. Below it, per-seat pricing is cheaper. Above it, the flat plan is.

Then add what each side bills on top. SalesRabbit's page prices add-ons per user and counts every login, including managers, admins and owners, as a seat. SPOTIO says its pricing is user-based and quoted by team. Knockio lists a per-user rate with a lower rate from five users. Those extras move the break-even point, so run the test with the total for each tool, not the headline rate.

Monthly or one-time: what the vendor says

  • Monthly plans renew each month, and the terms say cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
  • One-time plans give 12 months with no recurring charge, according to the pricing page. The terms describe them as one-time payments for access until the end of a campaign, so confirm the end date.
  • The vendor says you can move between plans at any time, and the home page says an upgrade charges only the difference for the current period.
  • A one-time plan fits a defined season, such as a campaign cycle or a spring push. A year-round crew compares 12 monthly payments with one payment and checks the capacity.

Terms that affect cost

  • Trial: 14 days, no credit card. The terms say the trial matches Growth-level access, up to 10,000 households and 15 volunteers.
  • Refunds: the pricing page says 30 days money-back on all plans. The terms say no partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. Ask which applies.
  • Setup: the pricing page says there is no setup fee.
  • Backups: restore access is a separate add-on on some plans, billed monthly or per restore, according to the terms.
  • Leaving: data is kept 60 days after a trial or subscription ends, then deleted. The CanvassLite review lists more points where the vendor's pages differ.
