Best app to track door to door sales: what to compare

For tracking door-to-door sales by rep and territory, CanvassLite is the flat-price option. Its home page lists a live team map, GPS check-in and charts by day, rep or status, and its pricing page says every plan includes all features, from $99 a month, billed monthly, for up to 1,500 addresses, as read on October 30, 2026.

Tracking means three jobs here: a map of visits by status, check-ins by rep, and weekly counts by rep and territory. The table sets five apps against those jobs. CanvassLite charges a flat monthly price by address count; the others bill per user or by database size.

CanvassLite: map, check-ins and reports on one flat price

CanvassLite says a rep taps a pin on a status-colored map to log a visit. Its home page lists GPS check-in and check-out with coordinates, a live team map showing each rep's last known position, and charts of doors knocked by day, rep or status. Its blog says outcomes can be renamed, recolored, reordered and added, and that session reports show doors knocked, contact rates and outcome breakdowns.

CanvassLite's privacy policy says device location is used only in the browser and not stored, while its home page lists GPS check-in with coordinates and a live team map. CanvassLite's blog says it does not track GPS breadcrumbs between doors, so its pages document check-ins and a last known position, not the path walked. Its pricing page lists unlimited team members, while its terms set household and volunteer limits per plan.

Ecanvasser, Knockio, Lead Scout and RepCard: tracking as a paid step

Ecanvasser sells real-time field tracking from its Pro plan, $599 a month billed monthly for up to 250,000 records, or as a $99 a month add-on to Core. It prices by database size and allows unlimited users. Knockio lists real-time rep tracking on Prospect, $20 a user a month with 5 or more users; its Organize plan leaves out territory management and route planning.

Lead Scout Pro adds territories and rep assignment at $28 a user a month on annual billing, with a 2-seat minimum. RepCard lists advanced leaderboards, competitions and canvassing tools from Team Pro, $49 a user a month on yearly billing; Team Starter has no canvassing tools. A campaign list is the Ecanvasser case: see CanvassLite vs Ecanvasser.

Tracking the sale date, and who should pick which app

No CanvassLite page documents a sale-date field, so log the sale date in a status or note and export the CSV. SalesRabbit sells Digital Contracts as a Pro add-on at $20 a user a month, billed monthly. The method is in how to track door to door sales.

  • CanvassLite for a flat price by address count with map, check-ins and charts in every plan.
  • Ecanvasser for real-time tracking on a campaign list priced by records.
  • RepCard Team Pro for competitions, advanced leaderboards and recruiting tools.
  • Lead Scout for territories with property data pulls.

Logging a real week of knocks inside CanvassLite's 14-day trial shows whether its reports fit. The best door to door sales app guide covers the full field.
