CanvassLite vs SalesRabbit: a flat team price against per-user plans, setup and contracts

Last reviewed October 30, 2026

Quick answerCanvassLite Growth costs less than SalesRabbit Team from 4 reps up, with no setup package or contract. SalesRabbit fits a team that wants digital contracts or its RoofLink Pro roofing CRM in one vendor.

CanvassLite vs SalesRabbit: what a crew of 5 to 50 pays

CanvassLite Growth costs less than SalesRabbit Team from 4 reps up. Growth is $199 a month for up to 10,000 addresses; Team is $59 a user a month, billed monthly, as read on October 30, 2026. CanvassLite Pro, $399 a month for up to 300,000 addresses, costs less than Team from 7 reps. CanvassLite's prices are flat for the account and sized by address capacity, the number of addresses a plan can hold; SalesRabbit's are per seat.

A seat is a paid login: every canvasser, rep, manager, admin and owner uses one. SalesRabbit's Lite page says the Team plan includes 5 seats, and no page says whether a smaller crew pays for 5.

SalesRabbit's plan tiles show monthly billing, while its FAQ describes contracts of one to three years with quarterly or annual billing, so ask for the term in writing.

SalesRabbit says an implementation package, its required setup service in four sizes called Basic, Guided, Premium and Custom, is always required, and it publishes no amount. A mid-cycle cancellation earns no refund, and signing back up after 30 days brings a new implementation fee. CanvassLite lists no setup fees and, in its closing line, no contracts and cancel anytime; per its terms a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

Where SalesRabbit does more

SalesRabbit sells per-user add-ons on Pro: Digital Contracts and Mover Leads at $20 a user a month, Weather and DataGrid AI at $31, all billed monthly. DataGrid AI is the only add-on offered on Team. RoofLink Pro, a separate roofing CRM, costs $120 a user a month, billed monthly.

CanvassLite's blog says it has no built-in lead scoring or sales pipeline management, and no native CRM sync is documented, though a REST API and Zapier are listed. More rivals are covered on SalesRabbit alternatives.

Seasonal crews and rep turnover

For a crew that turns over each season, CanvassLite lists unlimited team members, per its pricing page, with household and volunteer limits in its terms, and sells a Season Pass at $399, paid once, for 12 months and up to 10,000 addresses; see CanvassLite season pass price.

SalesRabbit bills seats rather than named users, so a replaced rep can take the freed seat, one user at a time. Users added beyond the purchased seat count are billed a prorated amount, and contracts run one to three years.

Who should pick which

  • SalesRabbit for a team that wants digital contracts or the RoofLink Pro roofing CRM from one vendor, and a contract that locks pricing for its term.
  • CanvassLite for a crew that wants a map, visit statuses and one price for the whole team, with a 14-day trial and no card. Plan details are on CanvassLite pricing.
  • Knockio Prospect for 5 to 9 reps on a list of more than 1,500 addresses, where $20 a user a month, billed monthly, comes to less than Growth.

CanvassLite can be tried for 14 days with no card, while SalesRabbit offers a free one-user Lite app and no trial of its paid plans. The rivals' own head-to-head is SalesRabbit vs SPOTIO.
