CanvassLite alternatives: which one for which crew

The six CanvassLite alternatives worth pricing are Knockio, SalesRabbit, Walklists, Lead Scout, Ecanvasser and SPOTIO. The baseline is CanvassLite Growth at $199 a month, billed monthly, for up to 10,000 addresses, as read on October 30, 2026. Starter is $99 a month for 1,500 addresses and Pro is $399 a month for 300,000.

The six rows are the alternatives; the button below starts the CanvassLite trial they are measured against.

Per-user apps: Knockio, SalesRabbit, Lead Scout and SPOTIO

Knockio Prospect is $20 a user a month with 5 or more users, so CanvassLite Growth costs less from 10 reps; CanvassLite vs Knockio sets the two side by side. SalesRabbit Team is $59 a user a month, billed monthly, so Growth costs less from 4 reps, and CanvassLite vs SalesRabbit has the detail.

SalesRabbit Pro is $75 billed monthly or $49 billed annually, and every login counts as a seat; the SalesRabbit alternatives guide lists the other swaps. Lead Scout Pro is $40 a user a month billed monthly or $28 billed annually, with a 2-seat minimum, so Growth costs less from 5 reps against the monthly rate and from 8 against the annual.

SPOTIO prices per user by quote; a footnote beside its list of dedicated managers reads 25 licenses or more, and SPOTIO says it is designed for teams of 5 or more field sales professionals.

Ecanvasser and Walklists: list-size and flat political plans

Ecanvasser gives unlimited users and prices by database size. Core is $99 a month for 2,500 records, $199 for 20,000 and $299 for 50,000, and Pro starts at $599 a month for 250,000 records, all billed monthly; annual billing shows two months free.

Walklists Field Sales Team is $19 a user a month, billed monthly, for up to 10 users, and Pro is $29 for up to 50 users and 25,000 addresses, both inside a 12-month term. Its flat political plans carry unlimited volunteers at $29 to $199 a month, billed monthly, by contact volume.

Pick Ecanvasser for a campaign database of more than 10,000 and up to 50,000 records, where Core costs $199 to $299 a month. Pick Walklists for a free Starter or a flat political plan.

Contracts and trials of the six alternatives

  • Walklists: a 12-month term on paid plans, a 7-day trial that takes a card, and a free Starter plan.
  • SalesRabbit: contracts of one to three years, an implementation package and no trial of paid plans.
  • Knockio: month-to-month billing with no contracts; its pricing page states no trial.
  • Ecanvasser: plans prepaid monthly or yearly, and a 7-day trial charged automatically when it ends.
  • Lead Scout: a free plan with no card, and paid plans from 2 seats.
  • SPOTIO: no free trial, with demos and pilot programs for qualified prospects.

Before switching away, note that CanvassLite's own trial gives 14 days with no card.

When CanvassLite is still the pick

Pick CanvassLite for 10 or more reps on one list of up to 10,000 addresses, where Growth is a single $199 monthly price, or for a seasonal push on a Season Pass, $399 paid once for 12 months of access and up to 10,000 addresses.

CanvassLite lists unlimited team members, while its terms set household and volunteer limits for each plan, so ask for the limit on yours. Keep Knockio in view for a crew of 9 or fewer on a list past 1,500 addresses.

CanvassLite's blog says it has no native mobile app and no built-in lead scoring or sales pipeline. A team that wants e-contracts should price SalesRabbit, which sells Digital Contracts as an add-on on Pro.
