Walklists' flat political plans
Walklists says one monthly price covers the whole team, and you pay by contact volume. Local, Campaign, Organization and Party are $29, $59, $99 and $199 a month billed monthly, or $23, $49, $79 and $159 billed annually, for 2,500, 5,000, 10,000 and 25,000 contacts. Starter is free for 500 contacts, 3 walklists and 1 campaign. Paid plans run a 12-month term that renews automatically, and the 7-day trial needs a card.
Ecanvasser and NationBuilder for a campaign database
Ecanvasser allows unlimited users and prices by database size: Core is $99 a month billed monthly for 2,500 records, or $83 a month billed annually. Its 7-day trial charges automatically when it ends.
NationBuilder prices by contacts, not by administrators. At 500 contacts Pro is $179 a month billed monthly or $160 billed annually, and Starter $41 or $34. Its pricing page lists turf cutting on Pro. NationBuilder lists walk and call sheets on its Pro plan, while its FAQ puts them in the Political bundle, so ask which plan carries them. Its 14-day trial of Starter or Pro charges the card when it ends.
MiniVAN for VoteBuilder campaigns
NGP VAN describes MiniVAN as its mobile canvassing app for Democratic and progressive campaigns. It says each state Democratic party grants VoteBuilder access to candidates, and that volunteers sign in with ActionID to reach walk lists. NGP VAN publishes no price and sends campaigns to a demo.
CanvassLite for a campaign, and who should pick which
CanvassLite's pricing page lists Voter ID Scoring, Election Day Mode, Walk Lists and Route Optimization on every plan, and it says volunteers join by invite link with just their name. Its terms describe the service for political campaigns, civic organizations and advocacy groups, and set volunteer limits per plan.
CanvassLite's one-time Season Pass is $399 paid once for up to 10,000 addresses and 12 months per its pricing page, while its terms say access lasts until the end of the campaign, so confirm the end date.
