SPOTIO alternatives: five door-to-door apps that publish their prices

Last reviewed October 30, 2026

Quick answerSPOTIO quotes per user and offers no trial; SalesRabbit, Knockio, RepCard and Walklists publish per-user rates, and CanvassLite charges one flat price by address count. Knockio adds no contract.

SPOTIO alternatives: published prices instead of a quote

SPOTIO publishes no price, so the alternatives that print theirs are CanvassLite at $99, $199 and $399 a month flat for 1,500, 10,000 and 300,000 addresses, and SalesRabbit, Knockio, RepCard and Walklists per user, as read on October 30, 2026.

SPOTIO's plans page says pricing is user-based and points to a personalized quote. It names B2B, B2C and Custom plans, offers no free trial, and says implementation costs vary. It does offer demos and pilot programs for qualified prospects.

Every row shows a price; the button below starts the CanvassLite trial, the one row priced by addresses.

Per-user rates and caps for a crew of 10 or 25

SalesRabbit counts every login as a seat, from canvasser to owner. Walklists Team stops at 10 users, so a crew of 25 moves to Pro at $29 a user a month, billed monthly, which holds up to 50 users and 25,000 addresses inside a 12-month term. RepCard lists canvassing tools only from Team Pro. Knockio drops from $25 to $20 a user once a team reaches 5.

Annual billing lowers some of these rates: SalesRabbit Pro is $49 billed annually against $75 billed monthly, Walklists Team is $15 against $19, and RepCard Team Pro is $49 billed yearly against $59 monthly. SalesRabbit's FAQ describes contracts of one to three years, Knockio is month-to-month, and neither SPOTIO's plans page nor RepCard's pricing page states a term. Walklists runs a 12-month term whether you pay monthly or annually, and its 7-day trial takes a card.

Flat team pricing: CanvassLite

CanvassLite Growth is $199 a month for up to 10,000 addresses. It costs less than SalesRabbit Team from 4 reps and less than Knockio Prospect from 10. CanvassLite lists unlimited team members on its pricing page, while its terms set household and volunteer limits for each plan; CanvassLite vs SPOTIO compares the two directly.

On monthly billing, Growth also costs less than Walklists Pro from 7 users and RepCard Team Pro from 4 reps. A Season Pass is $399 paid once for 12 months of access and up to 10,000 addresses, which suits a seasonal crew. CanvassLite's blog says it has no native mobile app and no built-in sales pipeline. Where SPOTIO offers only demos and pilots, CanvassLite's 14-day trial starts without a card.

Implementation and onboarding against SPOTIO

SPOTIO says implementation costs vary with requirements, integrations and training needs, and that most customers are up and running in less than four weeks. SalesRabbit says an implementation package is always required, with no amount published. Knockio lists free onboarding and no setup fees, and CanvassLite's pricing page lists no setup fees.

When SPOTIO is still the better fit

SPOTIO suits a team that wants dedicated implementation and customer success managers and can wait for a quote; a footnote beside its list of dedicated managers reads 25 licenses or more. It says it is designed for teams of 5 or more field sales professionals, its B2C plan names solar, home improvement and roofing, and its features include territory management and route planning.

Its add-ons, the Engagement Bundle, SPOTIO AI and Lead Machine, carry no listed prices. SalesRabbit vs SPOTIO shows how a published rate compares with a quote, and Knockio alternatives covers apps for crews that outgrow a per-user bill.
